I am Senior Culinary Attaché at Bon Vivant, so I will love to hear anything you have to say.
I have a solid background on advertising, worked at big agencies and won some international awards. But since 2010, I have dedicated myself exclusively to blend gastronomy and communications.

I help bars and restaurants build solid relationships with media. Among others: Lasarte (***), Sips (#1 at 50 Best Bars) or Florería Atlántico (#30 at 50 Best).
PRODUCTION
I have produced documentaries as Constructing Albert (2018), TV shows as El Comidista TV (2017), galas as the OAD Top European Restaurant Gala and travels, such as The Hungry Tourist spanish tours.
AUTHOR
I have published Vinos Libres (Best in the World Wine Tourism Book at the Gourmand Awards), two cookbooks are on the launch ramp, I contribute regularly to El País Gastro and I am editor at Beber Magazine.
TEACHER
I teach Culinary History at Hofmann Culinary and Hospitality School.
