I have a solid background on advertising, worked at big agencies and won some international awards. But since 2010, I have dedicated myself exclusively to blend gastronomy and communications.

Currently I work as a Senior Culinary Attaché at Bon Vivant, a global gastro embassy specialising in culinary diplomacy, exclusive dinner parties, star chef world tours, cultural marketing, culinary filmmaking and enterpreneurism.
PRODUCTION
I have produced a documentary, Constructing Albert (2018), a TV show, El Comidista TV (2017), hundreds of shorter videos for El Comidista and travels, such as The Hungry Tourist Spanish tours.
AUTHOR
I have published Vinos Libres (Best in the World Wine Tourism Book at the Gourmand Awards), Kao and México de Ida y Vuelta. I contribute regularly to El País Gastro, 7 Caníbales, Honest Cooking and I am co-editor at Beber Magazine.
TEACHER
I teach Culinary History at Hofmann Culinary and Hospitality School and Madrid Culinary Campus.
